Refund policy

At Atal Jain Design, we are committed to providing our customers with the best quality products. Please review our return and refund policy below:

Eligibility for Return

• Only products received in a damaged condition are eligible for return.
• The product must be unused, in its original packaging, and accompanied by proof of damage.

Return Request Timeline

• Returns must be initiated within 3 days of delivery.

Mandatory Proof

• A video proof clearly showing the damage is required to process the return.

Return Process

1. Contact us at aa_ataljain@yahoo.co.in or call us at 9785669469 with your order details and video proof of damage.
2. Once verified, we will provide instructions for returning the product.
3. Upon receipt and inspection of the returned product, once approved, we  will initiate the refund to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.

Exclusions

• Returns will not be accepted for reasons such as change of mind or dislike of the design.
